TLA relies on a multidisciplinary team made up of over 50 talented professionals. Architects, urban planners, designers, technicians, graphic artists, project managers, directors and other staff put their knowledge, passion for architecture, enthusiasm and concern for people’s well-being to work for each and every one of our clients.
Our experts are organized into small synergistic groups moving within a dynamic environment that fosters the exchange of ideas and knowledge, as well as the acquisition of a wide variety of experience. Ideas flow both within and between these groups and the firm’s various divisions. Organizing work in this way not only forges tight professional bonds between team members, but also enables individuals to take ownership for their particular projects and develop a strong feeling of belonging within the firm.
